Within the withdrawal period
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Details can be found in the cancellation policy. The full item price incl. of the shipping costs (outbound shipping) will be refunded, provided that the item is complete, undamaged and incl. is returned to MB NOS Parts in the original manufacturer’s packaging and has not yet been installed. If the requirements are not met, a refund is excluded.
Of course, a return will also be accepted if the item is demonstrably defective or has not arrived as described or if we have accidentally delivered the wrong item.
