Customers from Germany and our neighboring country Austria – MB NOS Parts is located only about 20 km behind the border – are welcome to pick up their order personally to save shipping or if it has to go really fast. To do this, simply select “Pickup” when buying and pay immediately, but just without shipping costs.
Shipping
Our shipping rules are simple:
- No minimum order value – if you just need a small part quickly
- Favorable flat shipping rate regardless of the size, weight and value of the shipment
- Always sufficiently insured and with proof of shipment
- MB NOS Parts ships worldwide – shipping outside the EU is DAP (Delivered At Place), i.e. you have to pay import duties, taxes and other charges
- If 1 package is not enough for your order, we will of course bear additional expenses and costs
- Shipping usually as DHL Paket Germany or DHL Paket International
- MB NOS Parts reserves the right to ship via another shipping service provider – we will inform you in this case and otherwise nothing changes for you: same costs, sufficiently insured and with proof of shipment
Delivery times
Who likes to wait for their order? None – that’s why:
- At MB NOS Parts all items are in stock, we do not have to reorder anything and can therefore ship all items together – promptly after receipt of payment
- We still need a (short) processing time to get the parts from the warehouse, check them, clean them again if necessary and pack them
- Incl. the time on the shipping route the delivery time within Germany is approx. 2 to 5 working days
- The delivery time within the EU is approx. 3 to 8 working days, outside the EU approx. 5 to 14 working days
- MB NOS Parts will inform you if there should be a significant deviation
Shipping costs
These are our favorable shipping rates regardless of the size, weight and value of the shipment:
- Shipping Germany 6,00 € net / 7,14 € gross (islands without surcharge)
- Shipping EU 16,00 € net / 18,72 € – 20,32 € gross (depending on recipient country – you will see the exact amount at the checkout)
- Shipping Rest of Europe € 32,00 net
- Shipping Rest of the world 48,00 € net
Payment methods
Prepayment / Bank transfer
Immediately after your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Please wait until you receive an invoice from us by e-mail and then transfer the total amount to the specified account.

Pay in the store immediately with your PayPal account, quickly and securely. “Pay later” and major credit cards are also available.
